The reward contract is not on Robinhood Chain yet. Weeks start counting from its first week, and every Plotter held then earns from that week.

The Plotter line in full
50,000,000 $PLOT5% of the fixed supply, set aside for this line alone. It is released only by the weekly epoch budget, and a budget is a ceiling rather than a quota: at the published decay the eight-year schedule reaches 46,131,053 $PLOT of it, and what no one is allocated is never issued.
Plotter rewards have a separate line in the existing $PLOT distributor. A holder needs a published allocation naming their wallet before they can claim. Owning a Plotter does not turn the entire allocation into a personal balance.
Each completed week, the Plotter allocation is divided by existing weekly contribution weight among identities with an active Plotter. No qualifying activity means no allocation. The ecosystem and Plotter lines share the existing per-identity cap; rounding and any amount left after capped redistribution stay unissued. A new allocation becomes claimable only when its record is published and the release requirements are met.
Once a reward is published and claims are open, its own claim action uses your wallet. You pay the network fee. Claimed rewards are counted once, and any token transfer restriction is shown beside the claim.

Each attempt also has its own PAYOFF for that attempt's token holders. The protocol campaign treasury can fund those attempts. Those funds and entitlements remain separate from Plotter-holder rewards.
